Rachel is a busy beauty content creator based in London, she is quite protective over her eyebrows and their shape, as she should be after years of working on them. She talks about how she has put that trust in others to reshape them at times, and it’s not gone well. She has had to deal with growing them out to fix them, which can be a slow and painful process. She also talks about her struggles with finding the right products to match her brow shade which has also been tricky and impacted her confidence.
How to get the right eyebrow shape for your face from a beauty expert?
Beauty content creators and makeup experts will often talk about getting the right eyebrow shape for your face based on your features like your nose and eyes. Here’s how to follow this guide in a few simple steps.
STEP 1
Take a spoolie brush or makeup brush and line up the brush vertically, on the outside of your nose pointing upwards. Where the brush starts, is where your eyebrows should start. By doing this you can see if they need a bit of plucking because they are too close together or if they need to be filled in a bit because they are too far apart.
STEP 2
Take the same brush and keep it next to your nose, but move the brush angle so that the brush is going directly through the center of your eye where your pupil is. This will help show you where the arch of your eyebrow should be. What really helps to lift the arch is by brushing the brows up using a spoolie and defining them with the Wunderbrow Eyebrow Gel.
STEP 3
Lastly, take the same makeup brush or spoolie brush that is next to your nose and now move the end so that it is touching the outer corner of your eye. This will show you exactly where your last brow hair should be. It is common that some people’s brows don’t reach this exact point, so again once you have brushed your brows up with a spoolie, you can see where you need to fill them in.
STEP 4

STEP 1
